Policy: Store Policy: Exchanges and Refunds

1. General Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer exchanges and refunds within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

2. Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds Books and eBooks:

Physical Books: Must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

eBooks: Due to the digital nature of ebooks, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once downloaded. If you experience issues with your ebook, please contact customer support for assistance.

 

3. Initiating a Return or ExchangeStep 1: Contact our customer service team at ajourney2being@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. 3: Ship the item(s) to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

 

. 4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a notification once the refund is completed.Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
